SYNOPSIS
Blood Feud is the story of a young coloured man named Tom, who arrives in a new town in search of his father who abandoned him. He is confronted by the sheriff who threatens Tom. Upon arriving at a farm, he finds out he has a half-sister. The sheriff shows up and challenges Tom to a duel.
This short western film set in the 1800's is jam packed with themes of revenage, family and belong. There is something for everyone. Dive into the emersive world we have created.
DIRECTORS STATEMENT
Blood Feud is an exploration of revenge and the yearning to fit in somewhere. With issues such as racial pressures and the complexity of a mixed race child, your identity gets blurred as you navigate your way home. Revenge is a dish best served never as Tom seeks love and acception in a world where he only finds hate and rejection.
