Job description

​

Chàné Lombaard is the production designer for Owl House Productions. Her responsibilities are to identify a design style for the set of the film and to ensure that the design and style of the set is appropriate for the project. This is done while working closely with the film Director and Producer.

 

Achievements/Qualifications

​

She feels honoured to have been allowed to double Major and despite several personal challenges, life’s trials, and tribulations she has persevered and persisted. Chane prides herself in diligence, being original, respectful, punctual, and well prepared.

 

Passion for film

​

After completing her degree, she aims to continue studying in areas that will teach her the finer secrets of the trade as it is important to develop her skills to become the best creative, she can be.

Personal Interests

​

As a I Gen’er she is almost a “geek” with a wild side that comes out when she dances. Watching movies, especially Bollywood has been part of her life for as long as she can remember. In her free time she enjoys reading, drawing, and listening to music. Her favourite film to date is: The Breakfast Club
